This is a star scroller program. Written in C++ using Visual C++ 5.0. The
REAL code is in the CStar class in Star.h and Star.cpp. There is also some
important stuff (like all user control) in the CStarzView view in the
StarsView.h and StarzView.cpp for example the OnTimer method and
the InitialUpdate method. The smooth mode looks a lot better in some ways
then the other methods but it is too slow. But the non smooth mode is too
jumpy. Experiment with the options and you can get some pretty neat
effects.
