To build the VPACKET.VXD you need the Microsoft DDK for WINDOWS95

1. Copy \vpacket\vxd\*.* to your ddk\Net\NDIS3\MAC\vpacket directory

2. In that directory do an nmake BIN=DEBUG

Note: You must have the DDK environment set up correctly. See your
      DDK Help for details.
