修改自 DBNavPlus， DBNavPlus是從DELPHI的DBNAVIGATOR繼承而來，
主要功能有
1。（新增）自定義按鈕圖標(biāo)的功能。內(nèi)置的圖標(biāo)太丑了。
2。安裝后放置在DATA CONTROLS 頁面下，方便找。
3。自定義CAPTION，標(biāo)題
4。自定義BUTTON的LAYOUT，文字可以放在圖標(biāo)的上，下，左，右。
5。自定義CAPTION標(biāo)題的間距和間隔。

改了一下名字叫DBNAVPRO。

/IMG/目錄下自己做的24X24的一套BMP。
