About the Ethernet Template

This is the Ethernet Template using DEC21143 driver for use
with Nucleus NET4.  If you don't have Nucleus NET4, then you
must develop your own NET.  To work with Nucleus EDE, the 
following directory structure is required:

	c:\ATI\PLUS
	c:\ATI\NET4
	c:\ATI\ETHERNET

with the assumption that c:\ATI is your directory that holds
all Nucleus projects.


Two files: DEC21143.H and DEC21143.C are provided as guidelines for
your Ethernet development.  The INCLUDE.TXT file contains the
paths to the header files that exist in .\PLUS and .\NET4.  If
the names of these directories are changed, please make sure to
change the paths in this file accordingly.
