<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt"><FONT size=3><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">陳篤彬在簡要回顧師院組建以來所取得的成績后指出，教育部將于</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">2003</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">——</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">2007</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">年分期分批對全國</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">642</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">所高等學校中的</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">592</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">所進行本科教學工作水平評估，今年</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">11</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">月中旬至</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">12</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">月將對我校進行評估。為切實將迎評各項工作落到實處，陳篤彬要求全校師生要進一步加強對迎評工作的必要性和重要性的認識，進一步統一思想，做好迎評準備工作。陳篤彬結合當前高等教育發展的宏觀背景和我校實際，闡述了打好這場攻堅戰的重要意義，并就如何做好下階段評建工作提出八點要求：一要進一步明確辦學定位，努力樹立以教學為中心的辦學指導思想；二要進一步加強內培外引，努力提高師資隊伍的整體水平；三要進一步加大工作力度，努力改善辦學條件；四要進一步深化教學建設與改革，努力提高教學質量；五要進一步加強規范建設，全面提高教學管理工作水平；六要進一步加強實踐教學和創新教育，努力提高教學效果；七要進一步加強“三風”建設，努力營造良好的學習氛圍；八要進一步明確思路，努力培育辦學特色。為了達到八個“進一步”的目標，陳篤彬強調，要樹立和強化四種意識：一是“校興我榮，校衰我恥”的責任意識；二是“知難而進，愛拼敢贏”的奮斗意識；三是“橫向到邊，縱向到底”的務實意識；四是“齊心協力，密切配合”的團結意識。</SPAN></FONT></P>
<P class=MsoBodyTextIndent style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'"><FONT size=3> 校黨委書記洪輝煌在大會上強調四點意見：一統一思想，堅定信心。要把思想統一到對本科教學工作水平評估的意義和作用的認識上來；要把思想統一到對本科教學工作水平評估的原則和標準、內涵要求上來；要把思想統一到校黨委提出的鐵心拼搏，志在必勝的目標上來。二求真務實，責任到人。要做到摸實情、出實招、辦實事、求實效、重實績。既要表彰先進，也要實行責任追究。三強化督導、營造氛圍。要同步跟蹤各二級學院、各部門的評建整改工作和教學工作的進展情況。四是評建結合，重在建設。評估是手段，建設是目的。在迎評工作中，既要重視結果，也要重視過程。</FONT></SPAN></P>
