字號(hào):
This tool bar provides limited support for editing signals. A specialfile in the current directory (wcutbuffer.d) is used to hold a signalsegment. The operation "Delete to buffer" cuts the marked region outof the current waveform and copies it to the buffer. The operation"Copy to buffer" just copies the marked regiou to the buffer. Theoperation "View buffer" loads the buffer as a waves signals. There isan associated menu operation "insert contents of edit buffer" thatinserts the buffer's current contents at the cursor. You might also want to bind a mouse button to the built-in command "modify signal". WARNINGS: These operations (including "modify signal") do not work onpartially-buffered signals. Repeated use of "insert contents of editbuffer" generates ridiculously long file names (a new file is createdeach time). While the edit operations suffice in some limited situations, they donot provide a general editing (or mixing) capability and should not beapproached as such.# @(#)edit.help 1.1 7/7/93
