Test sequence description
=========================
These test sequences check the bit-exactness of a particular channel encoder implementation
and the reference encoder C-simulation. These sequences are designed such that all possible
configurations of speech and channel encoder are exercised.
The following table gives an overview of the number of channel codec configurations
(note that at 30 ms frame duration each additional bit per frame increases the channel bit
rate by 33.3 bps):

All 836 configurations are exercised by the test sequences. To achieve this,
the channel encoder is shifted to a special testing mode which is different from
the normal operational mode.
The normal operational mode is checked by exercising two additional configurations.
The following files are contained in sub directory "testseq":
1) infobit.tco: G.723.1 information bits with the following speech mode order
1. frame: 6.3 mode
2. frame: 5.3 mode
3. frame: SID mode
4. frame: 6.3 mode
etc.

264. frame: SID mode (this is the last SID frame)

2) chanrate.req: channel bit rates requested by the control to be used for the speech

3. frame: 1600 bps (used with SID mode)
4. frame: 7067 bps (used with 6.3 mode)
5. frame: 6034 bps (used with 5.3 mode)
6. frame: 1634 bps (used with SID mode)
7. frame: 7100 bps (used with 6.3 mode)
8. frame: 6067 bps (used with 5.3 mode)
9. frame: 1667 bps (used with SID mode)
10. frame: 7134 bps (used with 6.3 mode)
11. frame: 6100 bps (used with 5.3 mode)
12. frame: 1700 bps (used with SID mode)
