<p class="i3field">The About tab in the status section displays the version of Interaction SIP Proxy that is running. The version string consists of a major number, minor number, and patch level separated by periods. Monitor <a class="i3comment" href="http://www.inin.com/sipproxy">http://www.inin.com/sipproxy</a> for updates and patches.</p>

<p class="i3field">The About tab also displays information about the status of the license. If a permanent license has not been purchased from <a class="i3comment" href="http://www.inin.com/sipproxy">http://www.inin.com/sipproxy</a> then the number of days left in the free 30-day evaluation copy will be shown. If the license is expired, then all SIP functionality will be disabled. Follow the on-screen instructions to purchase your permanent basic or advanced license.</p>

<p class="i3field">The Registration status page shows all SIP devices that have successfully registered with the Interaction SIP Proxy. Each row pertains to a single SIP device. The Contact column displays the fully qualified domain name (FQDN) extracted from the SIP Contact header and is the direct address to the phone as reported by the phone. The Address of Record column displays the alias for which the phone is known. This address is extracted is the address in SIP To and From headers in the phones REGISTER message. The Expires column shows the expiration of the registration as dictated by the phone. When the expiration time is reached the registration is no longer considered valid.</p>

<p class="i3field">This page is useful for determining which devices have successfully registered with the Interaction SIP Proxy. Also, if Registration routing is enabled, then the registration information is used as a target for inbound calls. This means that if an inbound call failed to match a route item but did match an address of record, then the call would be routed to the contact address associated with the address of record.</p>

<p class="i3field">Registrations will be removed form this page when the phone deregisters itself with the appropriate SIP message or the registration time has expired.</p>

<p class="i3field">The Filter button will limit the registration entries displayed to those that match the text entered into the Filter entry field. For example, to display all registrations that contain the number "7151234" just enter <i>7151234</i> into the Filter field and press the filter button. All matching characters will appear in bold font.</p>

<h2>Servers Status:</h2>

<p class="i3field">The server status field displays the SIP operational status of all servers in the server plans. Each server is periodically sent a SIP OPTIONS message; if a response is received then the server is considered Up and operational. If no response is received then the server is considered Down and not operational. All servers that are not operational are not used in the dial plan during normal operation. This feature is only available with the advanced version.</p>
