style="TEXT-INDENT: 30px">RFW302芯片組是RFWaves公司推出的一種半雙工、采用直接序列擴(kuò)頻技術(shù)(DSSS)無(wú)線收發(fā)器芯片組,工作在2400~2483.5MHz工業(yè)、科學(xué)和醫(yī)學(xué)(ISM)頻段。該收發(fā)器芯片組包含三塊芯片,只需外接電感和電容等無(wú)源元件。該芯片組符合美國(guó)聯(lián)邦通信委員會(huì)(FCC)(part
15.247)和歐洲電信標(biāo)準(zhǔn)協(xié)會(huì)(ETSI)(300
328)的技術(shù)規(guī)范。該芯片組適用于2.4GHz的短程無(wú)線通信應(yīng)用,數(shù)據(jù)速率最高可達(dá)3.2Mb/s,其功耗較低,適于電池驅(qū)動(dòng)。輸出功率達(dá)+0dBm(峰值),接收靈敏度為-77dBm,電源電壓2.7~3.6V,電流消耗為43mA(3.2Mb/s)和28μA(1Kb/s),待機(jī)電流6μA;室內(nèi)有效距離約20m,3線串行接口能與8位微控制器協(xié)同工作。<B><BR><BR><A
