      學院現(xiàn)有的教師隊伍涵蓋了32個專業(yè),年齡結(jié)構(gòu)基本合理,形成了以老帶新,新老結(jié)合的梯隊.近年來,在作好教學工作的同時,積極開展科研和推廣工作.近三年來學院已有各級各類科研推廣項目176項，科研項目總經(jīng)費達到515.38萬元，先后獲得國家級教學成果二等獎1項，省政府教學成果一等獎1項、二等獎5 
      項，省級科技成果獎5項（其中二等獎2項、三等獎3項）、市廳級科技成果獎11項（其中一等獎6項、二等獎5項）.成為全國為數(shù)不多的幾個承擔國家星火計劃、參與“863”計劃課題項目的高職院校之一。<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 
      學院將進一步加大師資隊伍建設(shè)力度.積極引進優(yōu)秀人才,堅持走名師名校戰(zhàn)略.二00五年,學院&lt;&lt;師資隊伍建設(shè)規(guī)劃&gt;&gt;已經(jīng)出臺,這將成為學院步入發(fā)展快車道的里程碑.</P>
