協議項目</font><br>

</span></font> 1-1 甲乙雙方經過協商，甲方在自愿加入東莞農產品信息網（以下簡稱"東農網"）的前提下享有東農網提供的相關服務。

<p><font color="#FF6600">第二條 會員資格取得 </font><font color="#FFAE00"><br>
</font><font color="#FFAE00"><br>
</font>2-1 填寫乙方提供的《東農網會員登記表》和《東農網入會產品登記表》表格并連同登記表中要求的資料交回乙方。 <br>
2-2 會員資格的確認權屬于乙方，甲方經乙方確認為正式會員后，將以書面形式授權，定制會員帳號、密碼，將其加入東農網站"會員中心"欄目.</p>
<p><font color="#FF6600">第三條 雙方的權力和義務</font><font color="#FFAE00"><br>

</font>3-1 甲方的權利和義務<br>
3-1-1 甲方享有東農網上的對應類別的指定服務，具體見《東農網"會員服務項目"》。 <br>
3-1-2 甲方須遵守《會員規則》（見《東農網服務手冊》附件1），自覺維護東農網的聲譽和自身的商業信譽。<br>
3-1-3 甲方須按照乙方的要求經常更新網站的商品信息。<br>
3-1-4 甲方會員不得將自己的密碼轉借給他人。<br>
3-1-5 甲方應按期繳納會員費用：一級會員：2000元/年 二級會員：3000元/年 三級會員：4000元/年 中途退會的，乙方不予退回已交費用。<br>
3-1-6 甲方在2001年6月30日之前入會，可以免費享受乙方提供的相關服務，暫時免交會員費<br>
3-1-7 甲方應積極參與乙方組織的各項活動。<br>
<br>
3-2 乙方的權力 <br>
3-2-1 乙方應按《東農網會員服務手冊》上所列的服務項目向甲方提供服務。<br>
3-2-2 乙方應保障甲方資料的保密性。 </p>
<p><font color="#FF6600">第四條 協議有效期</font><font color="#FFAE00"><br>

</font> 4-1 本協議自2000年 月 日至 年 月 日有效。</p>
<p><font color="#FF6600">第五條 附則<br>
</font><br>
5-1 本協議的訂立、效力、解釋、履行和爭議的解決適用中華人民共和國法律。<br>
5-2 因不可抗力或其他意外事件，或者使得本協議履行不可能、不必要或無意義的，任何方均可以解除本協議。<br>
5-3 除法律本身有明確規定外，后記立法或法律變更對協議不具有溯及力。雙方可根據后繼半法或法律，經協商一致對本協議進行修改或補充，但應采取書面形式。<br>
5-4 本協議一式兩份，雙方各執一份，經簽字、蓋章后生效，兩份協議具有同等效力。 </p>
