Cheriton</A>, is a research group in the Departments of <!WA2><A HREF="http://www-cs.stanford.edu">ComputerScience</A> and <!WA3><A HREF="http://www-ee.stanford.edu/ee.html">ElectricalEngineering</A> at <!WA4><A HREF="http://www.stanford.edu">Stanford University</A>.</P><P><HR></P><H2>Current Projects</H2><P>The DSG has research projects in the following areas: </P><OL><LI>High-performance Communication: very fast wide-area networks, networkinterfaces, multiprocessor gateways, multicast, distributed systems architecturesand protocols, including <!WA5><A HREF="http://www-dsg.stanford.edu/dissem.html">Dissemination-Oriented CommunicationSupport</A>.
