If you have problems unzipping the file ......

Executing steps:
1. Run lookup_128.m ( This will store Indices.mat)
2. Get a image in .mat form from net/just write penny.mat ( i guess this is provided by matlab), name it as lena.mat / Change in code.
3. Run ezw_encode_128.m
4. Run ezw_decode_128.m
