<p> <span style="line-height:17pt">我們用“自動報表”來建立一個“報表”。現在我們打開一個數據庫，在數據庫窗口左側的選項卡上選擇“報表”對象。</span></p>

<p class=p2><span style="line-height:17pt"> 單擊“數據庫”窗口中的“新建”按鈕，這時在屏幕上就會彈出一個“新建報表”的對話框，將鼠標移動到這個對話框里的列表框中，選擇“自動創建‘報表’表格式”，并在對象數據的來源表或查詢提示右面的下拉框右面的向下按鈕上單擊，在彈出的下拉列表中單擊“客戶信息報表”選項，單擊“確定”按鈕。</span></p>
