<p> 講了宏的設計窗口，現在該親手來創建一個宏了。首先我們要打開一個數據庫，單擊數據庫窗口選項卡上的“宏”對象，然后單擊數據庫窗口上的“新建”選項。這時就彈出了宏設計器窗口。
</p>
<p> 因為這“宏名”和“條件”兩列并不是宏設計窗口上的默認選項，沒有這兩列，如果要用到這兩個選項，就需要單擊工具欄上的這兩個選項。現在這兩列都出現在窗口上了。這時我們就可以先為這個宏取個宏名，就叫“查詢”吧，然后我們將鼠標移動到操作這一列的第一行中，左鍵單擊下拉框右面的“向下”按鈕，這時就會彈出一個下拉菜單，在這個菜單上選擇所需的操作命令，然后單擊這個選項，那這個操作就會出現在這個下拉框中了。現在我們要執行一個叫“Gotocontrol”宏命令，那么就在這個下拉框中選中這個操作命令，如下圖所示。</p>

<p> 在選擇了基本宏操作后，我們還要在宏設計窗口下部的操作參數“控件名稱”中輸入此操作需要的參數，為了確定操作對象的焦點，我們在這個位置輸入“姓名”，這樣當我們執行這個宏的時候窗口上的焦點就會移動到“姓名”這個字段上來了。基本上每個操作都有操作參數，有的多一些，有的少一些，有的是必須填寫的，有的則可以取默認的值。只有設置好參數的宏操作才是合法的。不然ACCESS就不會接受。</p>
<p> 剛才我們所做的只是這個宏的第一個操作，將查詢的焦點移到“姓名”這個字段上，下一步我們要再加一個操作去找到“姓名”這個字段中的相應記錄。要實現這些，就將鼠標移動到表格的第二行，然后在操作這一個格選取“FINDRECORD”，現在我們來設定操作參數，參數“查找內容”這一欄中，我們輸入“=[需要查詢的值].value”，這個“需要查詢的值”是窗體上一個專門用來輸入查詢值的文本框的名字，而“匹配”這一欄中選擇“整個字段”，“格式化搜索”選“是”，其他的幾個參數都可以取默認，將這些選好以后。“查詢”宏就建好了。當然別忘了保存整個宏啊。
