<b> 如何使用窗體向導建立窗體</b></span></font></p>
<p align="left"> 在建立窗體的時候，先使用向導或自動窗體的方式建立窗體，然后再使用設計視圖建立表格進行修改將給工作帶來很大的方便。在使用向導建立窗體的時候，首先要將鼠標移動到數據庫窗口上的創建方法框中的“使用向導創建窗體”項，然后雙擊鼠標左鍵。在窗體向導的第一步，要求選擇這個窗體上用到的各種字段，向導并不需要在設計專題之前一定要創建一個查詢。它允許選出需要的字段，再由系統自動創建這個窗體所需的查詢。首先在“表/查詢”列表框中選取字段所在的表或查詢，接著再將所需的字段添加到“選定的字段”列表框中，在選取字段時，可以通過一定的選取次序來調整字段在最后生成的窗體中排列的次序，先選取的字段位于窗體的前面，如下圖所示。</p>

<p align="left"> 然后單擊“下一步”按鈕到下一步，在第二步中，可以選擇窗體的樣式，當選取某種布局時，對話框中左側的圖形會相應發生變化。在這里我們就選取第一種窗體布局方式，如下圖所示。之后，單擊“下一步”按鈕。</p>

<p align="left"> 在第三步，選擇一種窗體的風格，可以根據自己的審美觀點來選擇一種圖案，選好以后單擊“下一步”按鈕。在最后一個對話框中，可以為創建的新窗體指定一個標題，并選擇該窗體首次被打開的方式，如下圖所示。</p>

<p align="left"> 當不需要對前面對話框中的設置加以修改時，可以單擊“完成”按鈕，系統會根據用戶在向導中的設置生成窗體，在完成這些以后，單擊“完成”按鈕就可以了。
