<p class=p2> “報表”就是用來打印在紙上的，那現在我怎樣才能將這些“報表”打印出來呢？我們在預覽“報表”的時候在工具欄靠左的位置上可以看到一個“打印”按鈕，我們只要單擊這個按鈕就可以將“報表”打印出來了。

<p class=p2> 我們在打印之前，先要看看在Access中是怎么設置打印紙的頁面情況的。 首先你要將鼠標移動到窗口的主菜單上，單擊“文件”按鈕，然后在彈出的菜單中單擊“頁面設置”項，這時會彈出一個頁面設置對話框，如下圖所示。</p>

<p class=p2> 現在我們可以定制打印紙的一些屬性。 第一頁“邊距”中的頁邊距是打印紙上四周需要空出來的位置。 第二頁“頁”中，打印方向就是要打印的內容是橫著還是豎著打印出來，而打印紙就是指打印時要用到幾號紙，第三頁“列”中，我們可以建立多列“報表”，可以在“列數”對應的文本框中輸入我們將把頁面分成幾列，并且通過“列間距”改變列之間的距離，使用列尺寸中的寬度和高度文本框輸入數字的方法來定義列的尺寸。而且可以通過列布局中的兩個選項來確定在打印紙上打印出來的一組數據是按照什么樣的布局方式進行放置的。

<p class=p2> 當我們把這些都設置好了以后，就可以開始打印了。單擊“文件”菜單中的“打印”命令，出現對話框“打印”，在這個對話框中要選定“打印機”選項中的型號。然后在“打印范圍”選項中指定打印所有頁或者確定打印頁的范圍。在“份數”選項中指定復制的份數和是否需要對其進行分頁。最后單擊“確定”按鈕，就可以打印出來了。</p>
