<p align="center"><span style="line-height:17pt"> 在使用過程中，我們經常會使用到一些查詢，但這些查詢用各種查詢向導和設計器都無法做出來，不知道你還記不記得，在查詢那一課中我們講過SQL查詢，用這種查詢就可以完成比較復雜的查詢工作。當時你還剛剛開始使用ACCESS，用設計視圖和向導就可以建立很多有用的查詢，這些足夠你掌握一段時間了，而且它的功能已經基本上能滿足我們的需要。而SQL語言作為一種通用的數據庫操作語言，并不是ACCESS用戶必須要掌握的，但在實際的工作中有時必須用到這種語言才能完成一些特殊的工作。

單純的SQL語言所包含的語句并不多，但在使用的過程中需要大量輸入各種表、查詢和字段的名字。這樣當你建立一個涉及大量字段的查詢時，就需要輸入大量文字，與用查詢設計視圖建立查詢相比，就麻煩多了。所以我在建立查詢的時候也都是先在查詢設計視圖將基本的查詢功能都實現了，最后再切換到SQL視圖通過編寫SQL語句完成一些特殊的查詢。下面我們就介紹一些在ACCESS使用中常常會用到的一些SQL語言。</span></p>
<p> <span style="line-height:17pt">我們說過在建立查詢的時候可以切換到SQL視圖去，下面來看看是怎么切換的：</span></p>
