<p class=p2><span style="line-height:17pt"> 我們現在用的“查詢”是“選擇查詢”，這種查詢很好學，而且用得也很普遍，很多數據庫查詢功能都可以用它來實現。顧名思義，“選擇查詢”就是從一個或多個有關系的表中將滿足要求的數據提取出來，并把這些數據顯示在新的查詢數據表中。而其他的方法，像“交叉查詢”、“操作查詢”和“參數查詢”等，都是“選擇查詢”的擴展，課后的補充內容中會專門講到。

<p class=p2><span style="line-height:17pt"> 這次建立查詢我們不用向導，而是直接用“查詢設計視圖”來建立新的查詢。直接使用查詢設計視圖建立查詢可以幫助你理解數據庫中表之間的關系，讓你看到要查詢的字段之間是如何聯(lián)系的。這些對建立一個優(yōu)秀的數據庫非常有幫助。其實查詢向導的使用和表向導基本一樣，也非常簡單。

<p class=p2><span style="line-height:17pt"> 現在我們建立一個“訂單”查詢，建立這個查詢就是為了將每份訂單中的各項信息都顯示出來，包括“訂單號”、“訂貨公司”、“貨品名稱”、“貨物單價”、“訂貨數量”、“訂貨金額”、“經辦人”和“訂貨時間”這些字段。</span></p>
<p class=p2><span style="line-height:17pt"> 首先要在Access中打開“客戶訂單數據庫”，然后單擊“對象”列表中的“查詢”項，并在創(chuàng)建方法列表中單擊“在設計視圖中創(chuàng)建查詢”項。
