<p> 在學習Access之前，我們先了解一下什么是“數據庫”。</p>
<p> 我們舉個例子來說明這個問題：每個人都有很多親戚和朋友，為了保持與他們的聯系，我們常常用一個筆記本將他們的姓名、地址、電話等信息都記錄下來，這樣要查誰的電話或地址就很方便了。這個“通訊錄”就是一個最簡單的“數據庫”，每個人的姓名、地址、電話等信息就是這個數據庫中的“數據”。我們可以在筆記本這個“數據庫”中添加新朋友的個人信息，也可以由于某個朋友的電話變動而修改他的電話號碼這個“數據”。不過說到底，我們使用筆記本這個“數據庫”還是為了能隨時查到某位親戚或朋友的地址、郵編或電話號碼這些“數據”。

<p> 實際上“數據庫”就是為了實現一定的目的按某種規則組織起來的“數據”的“集合”，在我們的生活中這樣的數據庫可是隨處可見的啊。
