Are you interested in being part of a team delivering the next generation customer data integration (CDI) platform and services to Microsoft? The Microsoft Individual and Organization (MIO) engineering team is pioneering a data mastering and SOA framework to meet this challenge. The test team is looking for a highly motivated, exceptional test engineer that identifies with the Microsoft internal business customer and works to understand their problem space. 

Your responsibilities will include: developing test plans, test automation framework, and test automation for platform features, testing features, filing bug reports, running automated tests and analyzing test results, improving existing test automation, and working closely with developers and program managers to prioritize and execute test plans

Qualifications:
Candidates must have 2-4 years professional software testing experience including test automation and/or infrastructure development, test planning, test methodologies, strong technical skills in coding and debugging applications, great communication skills, and an ability to work across multiple disciplines to achieve great results. Experience programming in t-SQL and .NET (or related OOP), and knowledge of administrating SQL Server is required; development experience in design and use of test automation tools and frameworks is a plus. A BA/BS in Computer Science/Engineering or 3 years of programming experience is required.
