                    對RFC67的回答(Response to NWM/RFC #67)

Bill的建議確實不錯;不過,我現(xiàn)在的政策是鼓勵迅速的實施一號文獻中的協(xié)議,而他有關(guān)改動的建議需要延后.對于我來說最重要的是,在對不是急需改變的協(xié)議改變之前,通過對網(wǎng)絡(luò)的使用獲得經(jīng)驗.(我在幾個站點對Bill的建議做了民意測驗.已經(jīng)實施了NCP的站點同意這個政策,而遠(yuǎn)沒跟上的站點則希望Bill所建議的改動發(fā)生.)


總的來說,懷著對改動的尊敬,我相信改動對于增進效率,提供更高的適應(yīng)性和保證可靠性都是很有必要的.現(xiàn)在我們中的很多人都可以提出改動,不過我認(rèn)為在使用的過程中將會出現(xiàn)更明確的想法.
