和ADD PARTY報文可以含有ST2+ SCMP CONNECT報文。CONNECT和ADD PARTY ACK
報文可以含有ST2+ SCMP ACCEPT報文。RELEASE和DROP PARTY報文可以含有ST2+
SCMP DISCONNECT報文。RELEASE,RELEASE COMPLETE, ADD PARTY REJECT,
