The input files for the autotools (configure.ac, Makefile.am) are
copyright by Funambol. The other files in the build/autotools
directory are generated by or copied from the GNU autotools and are
distributed under the respective license of those tools, the GNU
General Public License (GPL).

Because the binaries built using these files do not contain any code
distributed under the GPL, they can be used in commercial projects if
a corresponding license was obtained from Funambol.
