Example description

This is a simple RTX Kernel based example which simulates
the led switching. 

The BLINKY example program is available for several targets:

Simulator: uVision Simulator for evaluation

ATEBSAM7S:   Embest ATEBSAM7S Evaluation board with ULINK2 debugger
             - Application is loaded to internal Flash.
