align=left> 2．電池控制板：筆記本電池中最關鍵的是控制電路，它不但要控制電池的充放電，例如在適當的時候開始和停止充電，把充放電電流控制在合適的范圍內，還要承擔電池狀況的分析紀錄（例如我們熟悉的電池容量顯示和充放電次數紀錄功能），以及承擔電池的保護作用，在電池溫度過高或者電流過大的時候切斷電路?？刂齐娐肺挥陔娦竞凸P記本電腦主板之間，是一塊工作原理和設計都很復雜的電路。主要分為兩部分：一部分是在電池充放電時起到保護作用，為保護電路；另一部分作用為電池組與主機溝通時及電池使用的管理，叫做電池能源管理電路（Gas
gauge）。一般兩部分都設計在一塊電路板上。如果電池采用的是鋰離子電池，那么兩個電路都有；如果采用的是鎳氫電池，那么只有電池能源管理電路，因為只有鋰離子電池帶保護電路，而鎳氫電池不帶。

<P align=left> A、NTC熱敏電阻：常使用于鎳氫電池組中，用來偵測電池組溫度，作為充放電時的參考。
<BR><BR> B、Thermostat溫度開關：常用于鎳氫電池組中，同樣偵測電池組溫度，作為強制保護電池異常的開關。
<BR><BR>
C、溫度保險絲：這是作為電池的最后保護開關，如果當電池工作發生異常，如溫度過高（一般設定為90－98度）或者電流過大，溫度保險絲就會被燒斷，電池組將不會再工作，從而保護電池組。
<BR><BR> D、Poly switch限流開關：作為電流及溫度過載的保護，普遍用于各種電池組中。
<BR><BR> 4．電池接口：電池與主機接觸部位常見的為6－8個金屬片接口，上邊都應該有標記，例如——T T I
I＋＋，這上邊有電流傳輸接口，還有電源控制線路接口。 <BR><BR>
5．外殼：外殼保持內部組件的形狀和使電池能和筆記本電腦緊密結合，接口負責連接電池和主機，一般采用工程塑料，通常采用超聲波進行焊接。
