Rev1.2  06/16/2006      Decoder Component, It's changed clamping related register value.
  				480i : Reg27 : 0x2a 
  				480p: Reg27 : 0x20
  				720p: Reg27 : 0x17
  				1080i: Reg27: 0x1A
  				Also, depent on mode and panel, H delay (Reg0A) sould be changed.
 
			PC-HV mode supports seperate sync RGB input.- 480i, 576i, 480p, 576p, 720p, VGA, SVGA 
			DTV-SOG support YPbPr - 480p, 576p. 
       				* we can not 480i, 720p SOG mode in this chip.  

			In PC-HV (RGB HV) Mode, Regiter setting sequence is very important.
				If not, It doesn't change PCLK sometimes.  
  				1. CS_SEL RegC1[4]=1, SOG_SEL Reg[3]=1
  				2. Changed Divider value,..
  				3. CS_SEL RegC1[4]=0, SOG_SEL Reg[3]=0
  				4. Software Reset.(Reg06[7]=1)

			In PC mode, Current chip can't measure phase and clock.
 				That means, we can't use auto adjust function. 
  				We can adjust in manual. But firmware still included auto function.

			Removed support Digital input
				Our evalution board doesn't support Digital PC part though AD9883 any more, 
				 so, I removed this portion in firmware.
 				But, As you know TW8806/7 can support digital input. 

			Doesn't support Audio and TV.
