MAIN MENU

[Add New ]
Displays the 'Add New' screen which allows you to add a new expense to the database. Enter the expense information into the displayed form and click the 'Done' button.  

Press the 'Clr' key on the phone to return to the 'Menu Menu' screen (your expense information will not be saved in the database).

[View]
Displays the 'View Parameters' screen. Enter the transaction type and the date range of the expenses to display. Then click the 'View' button. The 'Expenses' screen will be displayed listing all the expenses that match your search criteria (refer to EXPENSES MENU section for information).

Press the 'Clr' key on the phone to return to the 'Main Menu' screen.

[OPTIONS]
Displays the 'Options' menu which allows you to save the current database contents to a report (refer to SAVE REPORT section for information ) or load an existing report stored on your phone (refer to 'LOAD REPORT' section for information ).

Press the 'Clr' key on the phone to return to the 'Main Menu' screen.

[HELP]
Displays the 'Help' screen which displays this document. Press the UP/DOWN buttons on the phone to scroll the text window.  Click the 'OK' button or press the 'Clr' key on the phone to return to the 'Main Menu' screen.

[ABOUT]
Displays company, copyright and version information about this application.

Press the 'Clr' key on the phone to return to the 'Main Menu' screen.

OPTIONS MENU

[LOAD REPORT]
Displays the 'Load Report' screen listing all of the reports currently stored on the phone.  Click the desired report to view the report on the screen.  Press the UP/DOWN keys on the phone to scroll the report text.

Press the 'Clr' key on the phone to return to the previous screen.

[SAVE REPORT]
Displays the 'Save Report' confirmation screen.  Click the 'Yes' button to save the report (NOTE: All expense entries will be removed from the database after the report is saved.)

Click the 'No' button or press the 'Clr' key on the phone to return to the 'Options' menu screen.

(NOTE: The 'Save Report' button will not be displayed if there are no entries in the database)

EXPENSES MENU

The list of expense entries matching your search criteria (refer to VIEW section for information). Select the expense from the list to Edit or Erase the expense (refer to EDIT EXPENSE section for information).

Press the 'Clr' key on the phone to return to the previous screen.

EDIT EXPENSE
-----------------------------
Displays the expense item's information.  To edit the expense, change the information in the form and click the 'Done' button to update the entry in the database.

Click the 'Erase' button to delete the entry from the database.

Press the 'Clr' key on the phone to return to the previous screen (the expense record will not be changed).
