 I think they have not natural difference.
The concept of data stream point out the dynamics of this kind of data.
The data are varying as time,They is like a dream.You cann't save all the data 
for vast volume.You just can anylsis  data segement.
The concept of stream data emphasizes the conformation of data.
I want to say: If there are not great differences wether you understand the 
concepts. please don't stickle on it. It just wastes your time.
