QMG is Copyright (c) 1995-1998 by Cornell University.
This software was developed by Stephen A. Vavasis and others at Cornell
University noted in the source files. Email: vavasis@cs.cornell.edu.
Parts of the software incorporate Tcl/Tk. The copyright for Tcl/Tk is
shown below.
Parts of the software incorporate XDR. The copyright notice for XDR

Parts of the software incorporate LAPACK. LAPACK appears to be public
domain and was written by E. Anderson, Z. Bai, C. Bischof, J. Demmel,
J. Dongarra, J. Du Croz, A. Greenbaum, S. Hammarling, A. McKenney,
S. Ostrouchov, D. Sorensen and others.
The algorithms incorporated in the software were developed primarily
by Vavasis, except: The quadtree/octree mesh generator is based on an
algorithm developed by Scott A. Mitchell and Vavasis.
