HT1621是臺(tái)灣合泰公司推出的128段（32×4）內(nèi)置存儲(chǔ)器的多功能LCD驅(qū)動(dòng)器，可以驅(qū)動(dòng)多段LCD字符是其主要特征，可以構(gòu)成LCD顯示模塊和顯示系統(tǒng)，與控制器的通信連線僅需要3—4根，同時(shí)它還包括了省電命令，有效地減少本身的功耗。其主要功能特性如下：</TD></TR>
