This page is designed for project controllers or managers and the System
Administrator to add activities to projects and to modify existing activities
in their projects.However, any project controller or manager can only manage
own project while the System Administrator can do the job for all projects.<br>
<br>
To add activities to a project or to modify existing activities in a project,
please select the project name from the drop-down Project Name list and
then press <input type="button" name="Display _Modify" value="Display & Modify">.<br><br>

<b><a name="Add"></a>Steps to Add Activities to a Project</b>
<ol>
<li>Select a project which any activity should be added in and then press <input type="button" name="Display _Modify" value="Display & Modify">.
<li>Go to "<b>Add Activity to Project</b>" to select how many activities should be added to this project and
then press <input type="button" name="Add" value="Add">.
<li>Select activity name from the drop down list provided and then set Active
flag and Billable flag.
<li>After the complation of Step 3, please press <input type="button" name="Update" value="Update"> to save new activitie(s) for this project to the system.
<li>You can assign three activities to a project at a time. If more than three activities should be added to a project, repeat Step 1 - 4 in this section.

<b><u><font color="red">IMPORTANT NOTICE</font></u></b>: <br>
<br>
You can't delete any activity after you save that assigned activity to
the system. If you made a wrong entry or would like to disable an activity
for your project, however, you could change Active flag to "No"
and then update your change to the system.<br>

<b><a name="Modify"></a>Steps to modify Existing Activities in a Project</b>
<ol>
<li>Select a project in which any activity should be modified and then press
<input type="button" name="Display _Modify" value="Display & Modify">.
<li>Modify any information if applicable and then press <input type="button" name="Update" value="Update"> to save your changes to the system.

<li>Activities in a project may change from time to time. If an activity is
existing in a project and should be removed from the project, please change
its Activie flag to "No" and save the change to the database.
