This page is designed for the System Administrator to add new resources
position and to modify existing resources position. Each resources could
have multiple positions in different department, but can only have one
position in a department.<br>
<br>
To add new resources to a department or to modify existing resources
in a department, please select the department from the drop down Department
list and then press <input type="button" name="Display _Modify" value="Display & Modify">.<br><br>

<b><a name="Add"></a>Steps to Add New Resources Position</b>
<ol>
<li>Select a department which new resources should be assigned to and then
press <input type="button" name="Display _Modify" value="Display & Modify">.
<li>Go to "<b>Add Resources to Department</b>" to select how many resources should be assigned to this department
and then press <input type="button" name="Add" value="Add">.
<li>Select resources name from the drop down list provided and then set Depatment
Role for the resources.
<li>After the complation of Step 3, please press <input type="button" name="Update" value="Update"> to save new resources position(s) to the system.
<li>You can assign three resources to a department at atime. If more than three
resources should be assigned to a department, repeat Step 1 - 4 in this
section.

<b><a name="Modify"></a>Steps to modify Existing Resources Position</b>
<ol>
<li>Select a department in which any resources position should be modified
and then press <input type="button" name="Display _Modify" value="Display & Modify">.
<li>Modify any information if applicable. If you would like remove resources
from the department, please check the "Deleting?" checkbox.
<li>After the completion of Step 2, please press <input type="button" name="Update" value="Update"> to save your changes to the system.
