PIC LCF Meter by John Becker

A simple way of measuring Inductance (L), Capacitance (C)
and Frequency (F). Our design uses a PIC 16F628 and
two-line LCD to display component values in an instant.

Capacitance  1 pF to 6,500 mfd
Inductance  1 uH to 10 Henries
Frequency  0.05 Hz to 5 MHz/ +5V signal.
