1）筆試 可以選擇JAVA和C++，我做的java，個(gè)人感覺考的很基礎(chǔ)。<BR><BR> 其中一個(gè)編程題：用數(shù)組實(shí)現(xiàn)棧，并且當(dāng)棧空間滿時(shí)，棧空間增加一倍。<BR><BR> 2）面試：我面的是IT類<BR><BR> 一面：技術(shù)面，40分鐘，問的很細(xì)，UML，單點(diǎn)登錄，J2EE<BR><BR> 二面：綜合面，20分鐘 一個(gè)項(xiàng)目完整的經(jīng)歷<BR><BR> 三面：HR，職業(yè)規(guī)劃，優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì)，期望工資與工作地點(diǎn)。5.8K.<BR><BR> 四面：老總面，最郁悶的，看了簡歷的封面，說專業(yè)不適合去華為工作。無語，也不想去，因?yàn)榇稣f實(shí)話也不怎么樣，并且就憑專業(yè)的名稱淘汰 <BR></font> <br>
