Sajber Jukebox support

	Starting with this version, you can use "amp" as a replacement
to the default player in the sajber jukebox.

	In order to do this, simply delete the "sajberplay" program that
comes with the jukebox, and "mv" amp to "sajberplay".

Notes about this support:

	Look into "decodeMPEG_2" into audio.c; this is the main decoding
loop when amp is controlled by the jukebox.
       "controldata.h" contains a complete description of the communication
protocol.

SUPPORTED FUNCTIONS:
	play, stop, pause, next track, previous track
	ffwd and rew

TO DO:
	direct jump to anywhere in the track
