<P> 針對農村基層教師數量不足的問題，云南省紅河哈尼族彝族自治州政府在農村邊遠貧困地區設置教師崗位，先后４次招考補充中小學教師１０００多人，由財政直接支付教師的工資。在前天國家教育部召開的新聞發布會上，此舉受到教育部的高度評價，教育部師范教育司司長管培俊透露，國家正在研究相應的支持計劃，支持鼓勵各<!--ADV_CONTENT-->地都能采取類似的措施，國家擬支持推廣。
<P> 在談到如何改變農村師資力量薄弱的現況時，管培俊特別提到紅河州探索實施的“農村教師特設崗位計劃”，并稱之為“地方政府在這方面做得很好的工作”。
<P> 據管培俊介紹，特設崗位，是指對于農村邊遠貧困地區師資缺乏、補充困難的學校，采取特殊措施，由上一級政府設置特殊崗位，公開招聘教師，并由政府直接支付工資。這些教師應當是正式教師，聘任期限可以因地制宜。
<P> “紅河州政府在農村邊遠貧困地區設置教師崗位，由財政直接支付教師的工資，吸引優秀的人才到邊遠地區任教，取得很好的效果。”管培俊說，國家正在研究相應的支持計劃，支持鼓勵各地都能采取類似的措施。５年增基層教師１１６０名
<P> “實際上，‘農村教師特設崗位計劃’是在解決紅河州南部５縣‘兩基’中教師不足的突出問題的過程中提出來的一項新舉措”，昨天，紅河州教育局負責人對記者說。
