婦女絕經后約有30%的人會發(fā)生老年性<STRONG>陰道炎</STRONG>。其原因是，女性絕經后體內性激素水平顯著降低，引起陰道內pH值上升，陰道粘膜萎縮變薄，皺襞消失；且陰道內的彈性組織減少，使陰道口豁開，陰道壁膨出，這些都會使陰道粘膜對病原體的抵抗力減弱，細菌容易造成感染，引起陰道炎癥。因此，老年婦女在生活中要特別注意自我護理，講究衛(wèi)生，減少陰道感染的機會。</P>
<P> <BR> (1)發(fā)生老年性<STRONG>陰道炎</STRONG>時不要因外陰瘙癢即用熱水燙洗外陰，雖然這樣做能暫時緩解外陰瘙癢，但會使外陰皮膚干燥粗糙，不久瘙癢會更明顯。清洗外陰時宜使用溫水。</P>
<P> <BR> (2)患病期間每日換洗內褲，內褲要寬松舒適，選用純棉布料制作。</P>
<P> <BR> (3)外陰出現不適時不要亂用藥物。因為引起老年性陰道炎的細菌多為大腸桿菌、葡萄球菌等雜菌，不似育齡期女性以霉菌性陰道炎、滴蟲性<STRONG>陰道炎</STRONG>最多見，因此不要亂用治療霉菌或滴蟲的藥物，更不要把外陰陰道炎當作外陰濕疹而亂用激素藥膏，這樣會適得其反。</P>
<P> <BR> (4)平時注意衛(wèi)生，減少患病機會。不要為了“消毒殺菌”就使用肥皂或各種藥液清洗外陰。因為老年婦女的外陰皮膚一般干燥、萎縮，經常使用肥皂等刺激性強的清潔用品清洗外陰，會加重皮膚干燥，引起瘙癢，損傷外陰皮膚。清洗外陰時應用溫開水，里面可以加少許食鹽或食醋。選用的衛(wèi)生紙應該帶有“消準”字樣。勤換洗內褲。自己的清洗盆具、毛巾不要與他人混用。</P>
<P> <BR> (5)由于老年婦女陰道粘膜菲薄，陰道內彈性組織減少，因此過性生活時有可能損傷陰道粘膜及粘膜內血管，使細菌乘機侵入。解決方法：可以在性生活前將陰道口涂少量油脂，以潤滑陰道，減小磨擦。</P> </P></SPAN>
