非淋菌性陰道炎（簡稱非淋）的特點是癥狀不很明顯，主要表現為宮頸炎、生殖道炎癥。當引起尿道炎時，病人可有尿頻及排尿困難，或有輕微尿痛，出現少量分泌物，有時有腥味，病人自認為白帶增多。若感染部位主要在子宮頸時，則表現為炎癥和糜爛、白帶增多。通常只有通過對宮頸分泌物的檢查，來提供一些臨床線索，當衣原體及支原體培養和血清免疫熒光抗原測定呈陽性時，即可確診。白色念珠菌所致者白帶呈水樣或膿性，并有白色凝乳樣或豆渣樣物，實驗室檢查白色念菌陽性亦可確診。</P>
<P> 非淋患者一定要注意早確診，早治療；治療要到正規醫院進行，且應與性伴侶同時治療，不可半途而廢。治療期間要注意休息，禁止劇烈活動，且應禁止性生活，忌食刺激性食物，衣物用具要洗曬消毒，外陰每天要用1：5000～1：8000高錳酸鉀溶液或潔爾陰清洗。</P>
<P> 治療非淋有不少抗生素是有效的。這些藥包括四環素、強力霉素、阿奇霉素、克拉霉素、羅紅霉素、紅霉素等；鏈霉素和壯觀霉素，對支原體有效而對衣原體感染作用不大；先鋒霉素對衣原體基本上無效，所以不用。有不少人對抗生素有耐藥性，所以最好做藥敏試驗后，采用有效的藥物。治療后還應作隨訪，無效則應改用另一種方法治療，所以，治療要有耐心。</P>
<P> 對于念珠菌感染者，用藥方面，首先用藥棉將外陰、陰道上的分泌物擦干凈，再用1：5000高錳酸鉀或2％～3％碳酸氫鈉液沖洗，擦干后，涂0.5％～1％龍膽紫液，然后用抗真菌藥栓劑，如制霉菌素、克霉唑、咪康唑、益康唑、聯苯芐唑等，每晚睡前放入陰道1粒，連用7日。如效果欠佳，可口服氟康唑150毫克，每日1次，連服3日；或伊曲康唑，每日200毫克，共服3日為1個療程，必要時下次月經后重復1個療程。</P>
