<P> （1）病原體不同。菌性尿道炎的病原體是沙眼和支原全、白色念球菌、陰道毛滴蟲(chóng)等，而的病原體是雙球菌。</P>
<P> （2）臨術(shù)癥狀不同。菌性尿道炎的臨床癥狀是分泌物呈乳白色，以慢性尿道炎的形式表現(xiàn)出來(lái)；而的開(kāi)始癥狀是自尿道口流出大量黃色膿性分泌物，以急性尿道炎的形式表現(xiàn)出來(lái)。</P>
<P> （3）治療方法不同。菌性尿道炎的治療藥物以四環(huán)素類(lèi)、紅霉素藥物為主；而的治療藥物以青霉素類(lèi)、頭孢莓素類(lèi)藥物為主。 <BR> <BR></P>
