<P><FONT face=Arial color=#000000>　　(1)濕熱下注　素日多食肥甘厚味、辛辣之品，或嗜煙酒，損傷脾胃，脾失健運，水濕內(nèi)蘊，郁而化熱，以致濕熱蘊積于下焦，注于陰部，發(fā)為。 </FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial color=#000000>　　(2)外感淫毒　淫欲過度，不潔性交，外染毒邪，蘊結(jié)于局部皮膚粘膜，則發(fā)為。外感淫毒對發(fā)病是非常關(guān)鍵的，雖然你有濕熱之體，但未有不潔性交也不會發(fā)病。 </FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial color=#000000>　　(3)腎氣不足　腎開竅于前后二陰，或由于房勞過度，或由于濕熱、淫毒久稽，耗傷腎陰；日久陰損及陽，也可造成腎陽不足。腎陰腎陽是人體最寶貴的物質(zhì)，統(tǒng)帥著人體全身的陰陽，當腎陰腎陽受損后，人體陰陽就會失調(diào)，疾病就容易復發(fā)。 </FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial color=#000000>中醫(yī)治療的方法是 : </FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial color=#000000>１、濕熱下注證 </FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial color=#000000>　　常見生殖器部位水皰成簇，周邊有紅暈，或有糜爛，有輕癢，可見小便黃赤，口苦，口渴，舌紅苔黃膩，脈弦滑。這是由于素日喜肥甘厚味，濕熱之邪下注肝經(jīng)所致。治療法則宜清熱除濕，方藥常以龍膽瀉肝湯加減： </FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial color=#000000>　　龍膽草 10g 　山梔 10g 　黃芩 10g 　柴胡 10g 　車前子 ( 包 )10g 　生地 10g 　當歸 10g 　木通 10g 生甘草 10g </FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial color=#000000>　　方中龍膽草清瀉肝經(jīng)濕熱；山梔、黃芩、柴胡配合龍膽草清肝利膽；車前子、木通清熱利濕；生地、當歸涼血活血；生甘草調(diào)和諸藥。水皰大、糜爛滲液者，加生苡仁 30g ，茵陳 10g ；大便秘結(jié)者，加生大黃 6g( 后下 ) 。 </FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial color=#000000>２、屬于毒熱蘊結(jié)證的 </FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial color=#000000>　　見陰部皰疹大而紅，局部腫脹，疼痛明顯，腹股溝淋巴結(jié)腫大，或有低熱，排尿困難，舌紅絳，脈滑數(shù)。這是由于不潔性交，外染淫毒，毒熱結(jié)聚陰部所致。治療法則宜清熱解毒，常以方藥為清毒神圣湯加減： </FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial color=#000000>　　 金銀花 30g 　天花粉 30g 　蒲公英 30g 　當歸 15g 　生甘草 10g 　板藍根 30g </FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial color=#000000>　　方中金銀花清熱解毒為主藥；天花粉排毒驅(qū)腐；蒲公英、板藍根配合主藥加強治療作用；當歸、生甘草養(yǎng)血活血，調(diào)和諸藥。如小便黃赤，排尿疼痛困難者，加馬鞭草 15g ，天葵子 10g ，淡竹葉 10g ；淋巴結(jié)腫大疼痛者，加地丁 30g ，夏枯草 10g 。 </FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial color=#000000>３、腎氣不足證的 </FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial color=#000000>　　常見于復發(fā)性陰部皰疹，皰疹干涸較小，無自覺癥狀，但經(jīng)常復發(fā)。這是由于腎氣不足，淫毒之邪未盡所致，由于腎氣不足故多伴有腰膝酸軟，渾身乏力。陰檎擼
