> 人工授精就是通過子宮頸口，將健康的精子注入子宮腔內，以達到受孕的目的。適應癥：</P>
<P>1.性交失敗：女性的陰道緊縮，男性的陽萎或逆行性射精。</P>
<P>2.免疫因子、子宮頸因素或精蟲過少……</P>
<P>3.成功率：約20％。</P>
<P>4.說明：</P>
<P>(1)在注入精子前首先要在實驗室處理精液，去除精子之外的細胞與異物，以收集活動性良好的精子。</P>
<P>(2)施行人工授精需有一定數目的精子及單側或雙側暢通之輸卵管，如果只有極少數目的活動精子成功的機率將會降低，人工授精之懷孕率約可比自然懷孕提升約１０－１５%之機率。</P>
<P>(3)人工授精植入後需在本中心休息約３０分鐘，即可回家。若有輕微出血或腹痛為正常現象，請勿擔心。</P>
<P>4)植入後請勿劇烈運動及提重物。</P>
<P>(5)植入後14天即回門診驗孕。
