<p> </p><p>治療原則<br /> <br />1.病因治療；<br />2.內分泌治療；<br />3.非特異性治療；<br />4.手術治療；<br />5.人工授精。<br /> <br />用藥原則<br /> <br />1.生殖器道感染引起的不育以抗生素抗炎治療為主，輔以提高精子活力的藥物。<br />2.無精子癥，少精子癥及特發性不育，應以性激素類藥物作內分泌治療為主。<br />3.精子活力低下者，以提高精子活力的藥物治療為主。<br />4.靜索靜脈曲張，輸精管道梗阻、隱睪、尿道上下裂導致不育者，宜行手術治療，輔以內分泌藥物和其他輔助藥物治療。<br />5.絕對不育者（如無精子癥），應做人工授精。<br /> <br /> 治療包括對因治療和對癥治療兩個方面：<br /> <br />1、促進睪丸的生精功能 <br /> <br />①藥物治療：常用絨毛膜促性腺激素1500～2000U肌注，每周3次；克羅米芬50mg口服，每日1次，連用3個月。<br />②手術治療：伴有精液常規異常的精索靜脈曲張者需行精索靜脈高位結扎術，隱睪或睪丸下降不全者可行睪丸下降固定術，以促進睪丸的生精功能。<br /> <br />2、保持輸精管道的通暢<br /> <br />積極治療障礙，保持正常的性生活。對于先天性輸精管缺如、輸精管道梗阻和輸精管結扎者應積極手術治療。<br /> <br />3、提高精子的功能<br /> <br />有生殖道炎癥者應積極給予抗生素治療；維生素E、維生素C和鋅制劑如復合蛋白鋅皆可提高精子功能。對于免疫性不育者，采用避孕套可消除和減低精子抗原對女性的刺激。免疫抑制劑大劑量短期應用和精子洗滌人工授精等方法，對治療免疫性不育有幫助。人工授精（AI）包括供者精子人工授精（AID）和丈夫精子人工授精兩大類。近幾年來，體外人工輔助生殖技術得到飛速發展，尤其是胞漿內單精子注入術（ICSI）已用以治療少精子癥、弱精子癥和無精子癥，取得了較好的效果。</p>
