<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><FONT size=3><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'"> 尿路感染的臨床表現比較廣泛。尿路感染根據感染部位不同，可分為腎盂腎炎、膀胱炎、尿道炎；根據有無尿路功能或器質上的異常，又有復雜性和非復雜性尿路感染之別；根據炎癥的性質不同，又可分為急性和慢性尿路感染。但尿路感染仍有它的共同臨床表現：</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT size=3><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN></FONT></FONT></SPAN><FONT size=3><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">(1)</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋體; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">尿路刺激征，即尿頻、尿急、尿痛、排尿不適等癥狀。這些癥狀，不同的病人表現為輕重程度不一。急性期炎癥患者往往有明顯的尿路刺激征；但在老年人、小兒及慢性尿路感染患者，則通常尿路刺激癥狀較輕，如輕度的尿頻，或尿急，或排尿不適等。</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>
