治療原則以全身治療為主，結(jié)合局部處理。常用藥物有：①鹽酸吐根堿（emetini hydrochloridium），對阿米巴滋養(yǎng)體的殺滅作用最強(qiáng)，但對包囊的作用不肯定，毒性大，對心腎功能不全、年老體弱患者及孕婦等禁用。常用劑量為每天0.06g（1mg/kg），深部肌肉注射，連續(xù)6～9天為1療程，重復(fù)治療要在20～30天以后；②卡巴砷，每次0.25g，每日2次，10天為1療程；③滅滴靈200～400mg，每日3次，10～14天為1療程；④鴉膽子（functus bruceae）對急性阿米巴有效，也可用于慢性患者及帶菌者，口服鴉膽子仁10～15粒，每日3次，7天為1療程。局部治療：可將上述藥物制成溶液作<STRONG>陰道</STRONG>沖洗，或制成粉劑及栓劑置入陰道，每日1次，共7～10天為1療程。 </P><BR>
