有少數(shù)孕婦在施行負(fù)壓吸引或鉗刮人工流產(chǎn)過程中或手術(shù)剛結(jié)束時(shí)，出現(xiàn)心跳減慢、心律失常、血壓下降、面色蒼白、全身出冷汗、肢體末端冰冷、頭暈、惡心、嘔吐及胸悶等癥狀，嚴(yán)重者會(huì)發(fā)生昏厥和抽搐。這種情況被稱為“人工流產(chǎn)綜合反應(yīng)”。它是由負(fù)壓吸引或手術(shù)器械操作時(shí)對(duì)子宮頸、子宮壁的強(qiáng)力刺激引起的迷走神經(jīng)興奮所致。發(fā)生這種情況后應(yīng)立即停止手術(shù)，一般休息片刻后即可恢復(fù)正常。如手術(shù)未結(jié)束者，待情況好轉(zhuǎn)后可以繼續(xù)進(jìn)行手術(shù)。
