<P> 以下手術更是直接地影響了男性生育功能：</P>
<P> 嬰兒尿道瓣膜手術、慢性前列腺炎施行的前列腺切除術、尿道梗阻施行的膀胱頸部切開術，以上手術可能引起逆行射精，導致不育。</P>
<P> 尿道狹窄修補術，可能導致射出的精液儲存于尿道的某一松馳部位而與尿液相混。</P>
<P> 施行尿道下裂、尿道上裂、膀胱外翻等的重建手術后，將影響男性射精功能。</P>
<P> 疝修補術可能損傷輸精管，造成部分或完全性輸精管梗阻，甚至于產生抗精子抗體，破壞男性生育功能；施行睪丸鞘膜積液手術及其它生殖器和腹股溝的手術后也可發生這種情況。</P>
<P> 輸精管結扎術，是導致手術性梗阻的最常見原因，而且也可造成抗精子抗體產生。</P>
<P> 淋巴結清除術，或較大的腹膜后手術，均可能發生腰交感神經被切除，從而造成射精功能異常，發生逆行射精或不射精，導致不育。
