<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 宮頸位于陰道和子宮之間，即是內(nèi)生殖器重要的防護(hù)屏障又是生殖生理和生殖內(nèi)分泌功能的重要環(huán)節(jié)。宮頸炎是育齡期婦女常見(jiàn)病，分急性與慢性宮頸炎兩種。多因分娩、流產(chǎn)或手術(shù)損傷宮頸，病原體侵入而感染。此外，與性生活過(guò)頻、物理或化學(xué)刺激、子宮內(nèi)膜炎、陰道炎亦有一定關(guān)系，臨床以慢性宮頸炎較常見(jiàn)，多無(wú)急性炎癥過(guò)程的表現(xiàn)。宮頸炎是引起女性不孕的原因之一。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">宮頸性不孕的治療：</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">1.宮頸管閉鎖與狹窄子宮頸發(fā)育不良 主要采用擴(kuò)宮治療。在月經(jīng)干凈后或排卵前進(jìn)行，先用消毒探針探入宮腔，再用宮頸擴(kuò)張器由3號(hào)順序擴(kuò)張到7號(hào)。先天性子宮頸發(fā)育不良可同時(shí)使用人工周期治療，或大劑量孕激素作假孕療法。先天性宮頸粘連或狹窄擴(kuò)宮治療后頸宮內(nèi)放置引流管，以防再粘連。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 2.宮頸位置異常 本病無(wú)良好的治療方法。可試用下列方法：①性交后臀訓(xùn)抬高：性交時(shí)或性交后在女方臀部墊置2個(gè)枕頭，使女方呈頭低臀高位，可使精液盡量積聚在后穹窿，相對(duì)使精液水平面增高，從而有利于子宮頸浸泡在精液中；②性交后俯臥：采用本方式的目的，是在性交后促使精液向陰道前穹窿積聚，可使上翹的子宮頸輕易浸泡在精液中；③上述方法無(wú)效時(shí)，可采用宮腔人工受精法。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 3.宮頸肌瘤 手術(shù)是治療宮頸肌瘤的主要措施。小肌瘤可采用陰式肌瘤摘除或剜出術(shù)。較大肌瘤需行腹式切除術(shù)。對(duì)不孕患者，手術(shù)的原則是盡量保持宮頸的功能，預(yù)防宮頸管粘連或狹窄。亦可用冷凍療法，冷凍頭為鉛筆或針頭形，刺入肌瘤內(nèi)或基底部，每次冷凍2-3min，每周1次，經(jīng)期不做。經(jīng)5-10次治療，肌瘤萎縮變小或從基底部脫落。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 4.慢性宮頸炎 宮頸炎治療方法較多，但任何方法均需注重勿損傷頸管，以免腺體損傷而影響宮頸粘液的分泌及頸管粘膜。</font></p>
