<span class="p11"> 一般來說，夫妻婚后同居二至三年，未采用任何避孕措施而不懷孕者稱不孕。不孕原因中，男方占40%，女方占60%。
<p> 婚后一直同居未有小孩者，若妻子經(jīng)檢查沒問題，男方應(yīng)該及時去醫(yī)院檢查，以便查出原因，及早治療，可在醫(yī)院泌尿科或男性科依次進(jìn)行如下各項檢查。 </p>
<p> 一、病史 </p>
<p> 正確采集病史很重要，醫(yī)生要認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)，并替患者保密；患者也要生動配合，如實反映以下情況： </p>
<p> 1、職業(yè)與工種：有無接觸毒物(鉛、汞、磷)、放射線，是否高溫作業(yè)，接觸時間以及有無防護(hù)措施；營養(yǎng)狀況；有無不良嗜好(煙、酒)等。 </p>
<p> 2、既往病史：是否患過淋病、腮腺炎、結(jié)核、附睪炎、前列腺炎、腎盂腎炎、膀胱炎或脊髓損傷，有無排尿困難，有無糖尿病或甲狀腺機能減退等，治療情況及效果如何。 </p>
<p> 3、婚姻及性生活情況：包括對性生活的態(tài)度，性交情況與頻度，有無遺精、陽痿、早泄等，婚前有無自慰習(xí)慣；夫妻感情如何，妻子的健康情況，性生活是否協(xié)調(diào)等；結(jié)婚年限、同居時間及是否采取過避孕措施。 </p>
<p> 4、既往檢查與治療情況：男方精液檢查結(jié)果、采集時間與方法；曾否治療，效果如何；女方檢查的情況。 </p>
<p> 5、家族史：家族中有無不育癥、兩性畸形、遺傳病、結(jié)核病等患者。 </p>
