<P> 一般來說，宮頸分泌物會比以前明顯增多，并且質地粘稠，由于含有大量白細胞，當精子通過子宮頸時，炎癥環境會降低精子的活力，粘稠的分泌物同樣使得精子難以通過。炎癥細胞還會吞噬大量的精子，剩下的部分精子還要被細菌及其毒素破壞。如果還有大腸桿菌感染，還會使精子產生較強的凝集作用，使精子喪失活力。以上各種對精子的毒害作用使精子能量消耗過多，壽命變短，</P>
<P> 這樣既對精子的活動度產生了一定影響，同時又妨礙精子進入宮腔，從而最終減低精子和卵子結合的機會。因此，從總體上而言，宮頸糜爛人群的生育能力普遍低于正常人群。但是發生宮頸糜爛后一定會導致不孕嗎?</P>
<P> 答案當然是否定的，實際上，是否會導致不孕和你具體的情況有關。</P>
<P> 宮頸糜爛如果得不到積極的治療，以后伴發惡性腫瘤的機會也會隨之增高。所以發現了宮頸糜爛一定要采取積極的治療。目前最常用的治療宮頸糜爛的方法是局部治療，如激光療法、微波療法等都有較高的治愈率。</P>
